How Do You Know Your Partner Program Is Ready?

Quick answer

A partner program is ready when you have a defined partner profile, clear margins, deal registration, enablement material, a named partner manager and pipeline targets per partner. This 10 question score checks each of those so you launch or fix the program before signing more partners.
